About the Author

A practicing attorney since 1979, Leon Bayer is a founding partner in the law firm of Bayer Wishman & Leotta (1989) serving clients in the Los Angeles, California area and surrounding counties. He is a Certified Specialist in Consumer and Small Business Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

This book is a good read and I highly recommend to to anyone that may need a bankruptcy or even if you have already filed. These guys explain things in a way I can understand! Definitely humans...
