This book is ideal for anyone who wants a dynamite work out in the minimal amount of time. Not only is there an appendix of a variety of '15 minute' workouts, the book is full of clear instructions, illustrations, and cites target muscle areas. Furthermore, it is not strictly pilates or yoga inspired, it is a combination of disciplines gauranteed to please all levels of exercise fanatics.
Great pictures to guide the reader with excellent written instructions. Terrific for teachers who need to refresh their repertoire for class and ideal for the home work out. The best part is that it is not repetitive each exercise is distinctly original not just variations on twenty base moves.
