What does 'Hispanic' mean? from Spain (Europe) and / or from any country in the American continent like Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico or the U.S? OK , if you put everyone that speaks Spanish in the same bag, let's be fair: U.S citizens speak English. Let's call them English too Hi English!
