I’ve had the good fortune and pleasure of working with Blair Morrison personally as I belong to one of his CrossFit Gym’s. I’m 52 years young and I’ve always been somewhat of a gym rat. However, the CrossFit style of training was always intimidating, intriguing and scary to me. At 50 I started getting more and more bored with the same old routines of the classic gyms. In addition, I also stopped seeing results I wanted so I gathered my courage and dropped in at “CrossFit Anywhere” Blair Morrison’s CrossFit Gym in Folsom CA. From the day I started there I knew I’d made the right decision and that I was in really good hands. With the faster pace and higher intensity workouts I noticed some great results within weeks.
